Vegetarian Pad Thai with a basic Pad Thai sauces of five ingredients resilient to any vegetables that you have on house! It's so easy and incredibly tasty!
Ingredients for this recipe are: one Zucchini, one red pepper, half cup dry roasted peanuts, brown rice noodles, pad thai noodles, long moth sprouts, two carrots, two tablespoons olive oil, one beaten egg, half cup cilantro, half cup green onions, half cup basil, half cup beans, three tablespoons vegan fish sauce, three tablespoons brown sugar, three tablespoons vegetable broth, two tablespoons white vinegar, one tablespoons soy sauce, one tablespoon chili paste and salt.
