Hey there, we all do some form of exercise, yoga, or meditation that helps us to clear out soul, mind, body blockages. For example, sometimes we close our eyes for a few minutes to relax or work out to keep ourselves healthier and happier. I feel meditation should compulsorily be a part of one’s life as it keeps us to be more positive, more outgoing, more motivated, more caring, and always helps us clear out our thoughts. There are so many kinds of meditation to do, based on time, type, place, and many more.
